Subject	whats the symptoms of a spun bearing?

Message	thanks in advance. nixit has motor noise. motor noise is worse under boost. kinda a hollow clunking / exhaust leak sound. rpm dependant. in gear / out of gear. can be heard through passangers side exhaust some. compression is AOK (145-155 all around). checked for exhaust leaks, found NONE. if it is a spun bearing, considering boost is kept to stock or under, how long can i nurse it?
